Return&Refund policy

Buyers must pay for their own shipping fee for the return and the return must be initiated within 7 days of initially receiving the guitar. No reason for return is needed but the guitar must be brand new.(Custom Orders Not Included) To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. For the fastest return processing, please notify us of the return via the email addresses listed below before the return shipment arrives to its destination. Returns will not be accepted after this 7 days of time. If we receive a return that was sent after the 7 days period as described, no refund will be given. No refunds will be given to cover import tax, as we mentioned at the top of the Shipping Policy and in the description of each product. Upon receiving the return, we will refund you via your original payment method.

Shipping policy

Note: Shipping time estimates are depend on the shipping method you choose when you checkout and current global situation.

The buyer is responsible for paying the guitar’s import tax if you choose not free tax shipping method, but we will cover customs import tax with some shipping methods in European regions and prepare all shipping documents for you to avoid extra charging fees.

Tracking numbers will be provided to you after the order is received and shipping waybill is created.

When guitars are in stock (stock is shown as “Availability” on our product pages), they are shipped out immediately after purchase. At the same time we will photos and video records the guitar’s appearance and upload the folder to Google drives for keeping 1 year. We will take responsibility to well pack your guitar and reinforce the out side transaction box.

Customers need to check the guitar when you receive it and before you assign the package. The claim of shipping damage will be refused if you have assigned the package.

We currently ship internationally to all countries around the world. We provide multi shipping methods. Shipping fee is included with the single item price.

Warranty policy

1. If you purchase Hsienmo guitars from our dealers, you have to contact them first. Our dealer will represent you to talk with us.
2. Hsienmo guitar guarantees that guitars sold direct from us are in perfect condition, if anything wrongs you should contact us.
3. Hsienmo guitar provide lifetime limited warranty. We provide a free standard version replacement neck if neck was broken by any reason, but only once during whole life time (Not included Item International Shipping Fee and Repair Fee in Local area). We provide regular guitar bridge for free, If bridge has cracks or broken, but only once during whole life time (Not included Item International Shipping Fee and Repair Fee in Local area). If your guitars top or back sides or any others part cracks or broken by accident or others reason, we can repair for free but you need to pay for necessary new materials and international shipping fee of sending back factory.
